Build a public-facing help center powered by your knowledge base

The Help Center add-on gives you a beautiful, public-facing documentation site powered by the same content that trains your AI. It is an optional add-on ($29/month) available from your dashboard.

When to Use Help Center

  • You do not have an existing knowledge base or help site
  • You want to upgrade from basic docs to a polished help center
  • You want a single source of truth: one content set for both human readers and your AI

Relationship to Training

Help Center articles are stored separately from Training documents. You can:

  • Import from Training – Convert existing Training documents into Help Center articles via the Migration Wizard
  • Create new – Write articles directly in Help Center
  • Both feed your AI – Help Center articles and Training content both power your AI agent's responses

Getting Started

  1. Enable the Help Center add-on from your dashboard (Settings > Billing or Add-ons)
  2. Navigate to My Help Center in the sidebar
  3. Create sections and articles, or import from Training
