- Under Domain, enter your subdomain
- Add the CNAME record at your DNS provider
- Verify when propagation completes
Custom Domain
Use your own domain (e.g., support.yourcompany.com):
- Add your domain in Configuration
- Follow DNS setup instructions
- SSL is automatic once verified
Branding
Customize your Help Center appearance:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Logo | Upload your company logo |
| Favicon | Browser tab icon |
| Colors | Primary and accent colors |
| Help Center Title | Site title (e.g., "Acme Help Center") |
Changes apply immediately to the live site.
Content Templates
Set default templates for new articles:
- Choose how-to, concept, or troubleshooting as default
- Customize template structure for your style
