Content Gaps analysis identifies questions your contacts ask that your documentation doesn't answer well. Use it to prioritize what to write next.
How It Works
- Goldilocks analyzes real contact conversations
- AI detects questions that lacked good retrieval
- Gap cards are generated with suggested topics
- Each gap shows sample questions and priority
- Create articles with one click from suggestions
Running Analysis
- Go to My Help Center > Content Gaps
- Click Run Analysis
- Analysis uses Smart Assists credits (see Usage)
- Results appear as gap cards within minutes
Gap Cards
Each gap card shows:

| Topic | Suggested article title or topic |
| Priority | High, Medium, or Low based on frequency |
| Sample Questions | Example contact questions |
| Frequency | How often this came up |
Creating Articles from Gaps
- Open a gap card
- Click Create Article
- A new article is created with AI-generated draft
- Review, edit, and publish
Priority Levels
- High - Frequent questions; address first
- Medium - Occasional questions; plan for next sprint
- Low - Rare; consider only if quick to add
Best Practices
- Run analysis regularly (weekly or monthly)
- Start with high-priority gaps
- Use sample questions to shape article structure
- Combine related gaps into a single article when appropriate
